Is doing business really all that different?

Just finished reading the blog post on “The Internet Has Changed Everything or Has It?”

Their main points refer to Location, Location, Location and a friend of mine just reminded me of that the other day as we were talking about a new business we are considering and the second point was Marketing – something if you don’t do well no one will ‘find’ you.  Makes no difference if you are a “brick and mortar” store or you have an “online presence”.

Who can argue with that – if a business is going to be successful they need to think about LOCATION and they need to determine their MARKETING strategy?

Makes sense to me – how about you?
